Nice concept and I think you put it together very well here. Her face looks believeable up front, including her lips. The whole theme of her clothing and makeup fit the name perfectly.

My only nitpick is that her dress/shirt is so brilliantly turquoise it tends to pull attention away from the colors you've put into her makeup, eyes, and hair, which have more subtle "wintry" tones. A darkish silvery-blue shirt might have worked better with the overall theme and kept attention on her face, where I think it belongs.
